I am bariatric patient who has been with AFT for over two years. I love training here. I have lost 125 lbs since my lapband surgery and I truly believe that my training here has been a crucial piece of that weight loss.

Hello AFT..! FYI, I just passed my 4 month post surgery point this week and am feeling pretty good given everything. Maintaining a 45 min workout regime of treadmill, aero gym, stat bike, and hand weights 3x per week minimum. The 'ol bod is beginning to respond but have a long way to go..sure wish I lived closer to the studio...LOLOL!! Dad
