Strength Training:
 
Prepare for a full body workout that focuses on building lean muscle, coordination, stabilization and endurance. Each and every class is designed to challenge your body from an anaerobic to an aerobic component. Safety is always top priority. Do you feel that you can't workout because you have too many injuries, cant stand or even in a wheelchair? We will cater to your exercsie needs. All fitness levels are welcome. Still feel you can't perform in a Group setting? We do offer unique Private Fitness sessions too.
 
 
Low Impact Aerobics/Butt's n Gutt's:
 
Here's your chance to improve your cardio and get a great workout. All fitness levels welcome. We take everything into consideration when asking you to move your body; from premium soft flooring to reduce the impact to your joints, to small class sizes ensuring you receive the "BEST" quality service with a smile. The purpose of these classes is to get your body to burn good calories and assist in your weight loss.
 
 
Nordic Walking:
 
Let's take you outside and get some fresh air and the much needed Vitamin D. This class puts us out there with Mother Nature utilizing Nordic Poles. Here we learn to walk with poles focusing on the upper body and lower body movements. This means when Nordic Walkking we may burn up to 60% more calories versus just walking! Wow, why walk when we can Nordic Walk, right? This class is perfect for clients that may have serious joint issues that struggle with walking. The art of Nordic Walking allows the body to maintain an upright posture while reducing the strain that is placed on your joints. All fitness levels are welcome. Clothing recommendations are to dress in layers and avoid cotton. Please bring water.
 
 
Private Fitness Training:
 
Time to be pampered and challenged at the same time with your "BEST" Trainer. Classes are specifiaclly designed to address all of your exercsie needs. Having this individualized attention will provide you with a strong understanding how your body operates. Not only will you learn more about your body but you will also receive unique routines to practice at home keeping you accountable on your days away from your trainer. Keeping you accountable is a necessary and prudent measure to encourage you to stay active and assist the weight loss for the rest of your life. You will be challenged every session with top of the line equipment that is indeed Bariatric friendly!
